Payments & Images
- Subscription & Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time through your app store settings.
- Image Management
You are responsible for uploaded content. We process and store images only when you upload them to create or manage Custom Items, and only for as long as needed to provide that feature. They are not reused for database improvement or other secondary purposes.
- Items & Stickers Disclaimer
Item and sticker images are reference-only and may be user-submitted, community-reported, AI-generated, edited, or third-party sourced. They may differ from the original third-party product (colors, finish, shape, packaging, and other visual details), and PopGrinder does not guarantee perfect correspondence with the official physical product sold or distributed by the relevant brand or retailer.
- Pricing Rollout
PopGrinder is gradually migrating parts of its pricing infrastructure to newer AI-assisted systems. Pricing quality, confidence, and refresh behavior may therefore improve progressively as the rollout expands across the catalog.

PopGrinder is operated from Italy by Simone Bellano and Emanuele Cicconi, who act as joint data controllers for the personal data described here.
